Managing Partner at Credent Partners, Lucien brings over 15 years of experience in CRM, business strategy, and go-to-market consulting, working across industries with a strong focus on startups. Drawing from his years as a researcher and teaching assistant at EPFL’s Laboratory of System Modeling, Lucien will introduce the Systemic Enterprise Architecture Method (SEAM), showing how aligning business strategy, product development, and customer insights is key to market success.
