About the workshop

About Emmi
Emmi is the founder and CEO of MatchInverse®, a free virtual coach and tool for founders to create a compelling pitch and profile that is freely shareable across platforms. With over 15 years of international experience in sales, strategy and strategic communications, Emmi has worked in various positions, incl. in the senior leadership of a global, stock-listed FinTech as Head of Group Communications and Investor Relations. With her profound experience as a leader, consultant and coach, paired with a strong understanding of cognitive psychology, she is a trusted advisor to CEOs. She also mentors founders at start-up accelerators and the University of Zürich, and is an early-stage tech investor. In 2022, start-up participants of accelerator MassChallenge Switzerland awarded her as mentor of the year. Emmi is an alumnus of IMD and has an MBA from the University of London.
